Some organizations within the network have more than 50 years of experience in the field. That depth of experience provides a strong foundation for coordinating research across different regions and locations.
This is not a network of vendors assembled for a single project. It is a network of practitioners who have spent their careers conducting agricultural research in the regions they know best. Their experience comes from years of working directly in the field and developing an understanding of the practical requirements involved in agricultural research.

AgriProject Partners brings these organizations together without removing the individual experience they contribute. Instead, the network creates a structure in which each organization can bring its regional knowledge to the research program while AgriProject Partners coordinates the relationships between them.
This creates a balance between independence and connection. The CROs remain established research organizations with their own experience, while the client has one central relationship responsible for coordinating the broader program.

The purpose of the AgriProject Partners network is to connect independent research organizations without creating another layer of complexity for the client.
The client works with AgriProject Partners as the central project management relationship. AgriProject Partners then coordinates with the appropriate CRO partners involved in the research program.
This structure creates a clear connection between the client and the research organizations supporting the work. Instead of the client having to establish and manage separate relationships with every participating CRO, the broader network is coordinated through AgriProject Partners.
The network also allows the research program to draw on regional experience where it is needed. Different CRO partners can contribute their knowledge and capabilities within their respective areas while remaining connected to the overall program.
